Individual Giving Manager (Retail Fundraising)

Face-to-Face (40%)

• Build and manage fundraising teams in major cities.
• Recruit, train, and motivate field fundraisers.
• Develop outreach scripts and monitor conversion rates.
• Drive consistent donor acquisition and retention growth.

Peer-to-Peer (40%)

• Lead up to 6,000 volunteers annually through CLS’s iMPACT365 program.
• Implement onboarding, training, and engagement systems.
• Manage leaderboards, rewards, and volunteer recognition.
• Collaborate with Marketing for toolkits and campaign tracking.

Telecalling (20%)

• Build and lead a donor engagement telecalling team.
• Develop scripts, train callers, and monitor call-to-donation metrics.
• Ensure accurate donor data capture in CRM systems.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in fundraising, individual giving, or grassroots donor campaigns.
• Experience managing large volunteer or donor acquisition teams.
• Strong data tracking and performance management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management.
• Fluency in English (regional languages an asset).
