Fundraising Manager - Retail

As a Fundraising Manager at Certified Listeners Society (CLS) in India, your role will involve designing and executing retail fundraising programs to acquire, engage, and retain individual donors nationwide. You will lead the Face-to-Face, Peer-to-Peer, and Tele-calling channels to ensure fundraising targets are met and sustainable donor pipelines are built. Key Responsibilities: - Face-to-Face (40%) - Develop and manage high-impact F2F fundraising teams in key cities. - Recruit, train, and supervise F2F fundraisers. - Create outreach scripts, branded materials, and conversion tracking. - Optimize donor acquisition, average gift size, and retention. - Peer-to-Peer (40%) - Lead up to 6,000 volunteers/year in CLS's iMPACT365 program. - Implement onboarding, training, and performance tracking systems. - Manage volunteer incentives and recognition programs. - Partner with Marketing for toolkits, campaign messaging, and reporting dashboards. - Tele-calling (20%) - Build and oversee a tele-calling donor acquisition/retention team. - Develop call scripts, training, and compliance procedures. - Track metrics such as call-to-donation conversion and average donation size. - Ensure accurate data entry and integration into CRM. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters in Non-profit Management, Business, or related field. - 5+ years in fundraising, retail donor acquisition, or grassroots campaigns. - Experience managing large volunteer or fundraising teams. - Fluency in English; regional Indian languages preferred. - Strong data and performance-tracking skills. - Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
