We are hiring a Fund Manager to lead investment decision-making by combining AI-powered insights with strong fundamental and technical judgment for our client, India’s first at-scale AI-led multi-asset fund. The role will report to the Senior Vice President / CEO.

As the Fund Manager, your responsibilities would be:

• Lead a multi-asset, AI-driven fund by blending model-based insights with human judgment to optimize portfolio outcomes.
• Apply 10+ years of fund or assistant fund management experience to drive performance with disciplined investment processes.
• Manage and scale portfolios of ₹1,000–₹2,000 crore with a focus on risk-adjusted returns and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze Indian market fundamentals alongside global macro, geopolitical, and international market trends.
• Embed a strong risk management culture emphasizing drawdowns, volatility, stress testing, and portfolio discipline.

Requirements:

• Mandatory post-graduation in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or co-managing large AUM portfolios.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exposure to AI/ML-driven investment processes.
• Deep understanding of Indian markets and global macro dynamics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for senior stakeholder and investor interactions.
• CFA (Level II/III), FRM, or similar certifications strongly preferred.
