Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the management of a multi-asset AI-driven fund, integrating model-driven insights with human discretion for optimal portfolio outcomes.

2. Leverage 10+ years of fund management or assistant fund management experience to drive performance and ensure disciplined investment processes.

3. Deeply analyze Indian market fundamentals, including sector drivers, macro-economic trends, corporate earnings, and regulatory developments.

4. Interpret and incorporate global economic cues, geopolitical shifts, and international market movements that influence domestic asset classes.

5. Manage and scale portfolios in the range of 1,000 - 2,000 crore, maintaining high standards of risk-adjusted returns and compliance with SEBI norms.

6. Collaborate with AI, quant, and research teams to validate model signals, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with investment objectives.

7. Apply technical analysis knowledge (trend, momentum, market structure) as an additional layer to strengthen investment timing and risk management.

8. Design and implement multi-asset allocation strategies, covering equity, debt, commodities, and cash, with dynamic rebalancing based on market conditions.

9. Create and review monthly fund cards, fact sheets, and investor reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.

10. Drive a strong culture of risk management, focusing on drawdowns, volatility, stress tests, and portfolio discipline across changing market cycles.

Required Qualifications

Post Graduation is mandatory (Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields).

CFA (Level 2 or Level 3), FRM, or other relevant certifications will be considered a strong advantage.

Proven track record of managing or co-managing large AUM portfolios.

Strong quantitative thinking, analytical skills, and familiarity with AI/ML-supported investment processes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership and investors.
