JD - Relationship Manager - HNI

Role & Responsibilities

Converting leads into opportunities i.e. key focus on business closures with the customers.
Ensuring continuous improvements in business ratios.
Onboarding New customers.
Address all the queries of the customer and able to create the trust and credibility with the customer.
Encouraging and implementing innovative ideas.
Close coordination with other business functions.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience of around 4-5 years, with experience in handling HNI business/mostly from partners.
Strong hold on wealth management products.
High degree of process understanding and experience in implementing relevant tools.
Deep customer focus with business acquisition skills.
Demonstrable abilities of innovation implementations.
