Job Description

• Understanding over banking products like ..Home Loan, Car Loan, Education Loan, MSMS loan etc

• Deep functional understanding of ZOHO

• ZOHO CRM Plus, Deals Module, Analytics, Creator, ZOHO One ZOHO Desk, Mail Merge

• Understanding over – Incentive and commission calculation for the Partners, Regional Executives etc..

• API – Integration

• Reports – Weekly payout reports, Start performers, weekly payment deals, Deal stages by campaign, Digital Leads, Weekly payment slab module etc.

• Efficient implementation, customization and administration of Zoho and related apps

• Complete knowledge of System configuration and setup

• Proficiency in technical documentation integration of ZOGO apps with third party applications

• Reporting & Analytics: Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance. Continuously analyse CRM data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.

• CRM Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of Zoho CRM (sales) and Zoho Desk (customer service) with an eye for continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Workflow Development: Build, optimize, and map additional workflows for specialized sales outreach, translating them into blueprints and enhancing key data KPIs and metrics.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Implement constant monitoring and optimization of processes, ensuring alignment with company growth. Share daily and weekly reports with the Chief of Staff, tracking performance and opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work independently yet communicate regularly with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Understand existing workflows, suggest improvements, and support the alignment with company goals.

• The ability to write custom functions in Deluge is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Suite, with basic knowledge of Asana and Zapier.

• Writing test cases that can be delivered to clients and support them during UAT process.

• Interact with the business users/clients, debug and derive the technical issue to resolution.
