Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive – Education Loan, located in Kanpur. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing consultation on education loans, processing loan applications, and offering financial solutions to clients. The role includes identifying prospective clients, conducting market research, meeting with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Consultation and advisory skills in the education loan sector
• Experience in Loan Processing and Financial Solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of financial products and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
