Company Description UBI Services Limited (UBISL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Union Bank of India, is involved in various financial services. It was initially a primary dealer in government securities but now focuses on broking services for banks, mutual funds, and insurance companies. Additionally, UBISL distributes retail loan products, including housing and vehicle loans, from Union Bank of India. They also offer mutual fund investments and institutional broking services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter, located in Thane. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role requires effective communication and coordination with various departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing Strong interviewing, assessment, and selection skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in developing recruitment strategies and using recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the BFSI industry is Must.
