Job Description

📍 Location: Sector 67, Gurugram

Core Competencies

Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Proficient in API development, integration, and optimization.
Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and error handling.
Familiar with frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux/Context API) and responsive UI development.
Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization (MongoDB).
Exposure to unit testing, debugging, and version control (Git/GitHub).

Technical Skills

Languages: JavaScript (ES6+)
Backend: Node.js, Express.js.
Frontend: React.js, React Hooks, component-based architecture.
Database: MongoDB, Mongoose ORM.
Tools & Practices: Git/GitHub, Postman, Docker (nice to have), CI/CD basics.

Soft Skills

Self-driven and curious, with a passion for building and scaling applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within teams in an agile environment.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Expected Contributions

Develop and optimize scalable APIs and backend services.
Collaborate on building and enhancing web applications using React.js.
Work with senior engineers to improve API performance and system reliability.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Document processes, workflows, and technical decisions for team knowledge-sharing.

Background

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, databases, and software engineering principles.
