Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for Non-IT roles.
Understand client hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Deliver quality candidates within given timelines.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous recruitment experience preferred (but not mandatory).
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
