Role Overview
Supports HR and administrative functions by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee engagement. Manages daily office administration, vendor liaison and ensure a smooth workplace environment. Handles social media updated on LinkedIn, maintains HR and office records and manages organizational Calendars, meeting logistics and travel coordination. Upholds confidentiality, data accuracy and align with compliance requirements while collaborating across teams and ensure effective HR Operations
Key Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Assist in end to end recruitment: Job Posting screening, interview scheduling and correspondence

Support Onboarding with document collection, system access and setup and orientation
HR Operations
-
Maintain HR records, ensuring up-to-date data in HR systems or trackers.

Provide support for payroll by managing attendance inputs and responding to queries.
-
Organize employe4e engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding including the collection of company property and conducting exit process.

Track compliance (training, documentation).
Social Media Management

Create and update posts on company LinkedIn and other platforms as directed.

Maintain a regular content calendar, monitor engagement and ensure alignment with branding instructions from HR Lead
Office Administration

Oversee day to day office administration: stationary, supplies, maintenance coordinator, vendor liaison and facility management.

Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office visitors.
Executive Support for HR Lead

Maintain and manage calendar: meeting scheduling, reminders, rescheduling, logistics as needed.

Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and follow-up tracking as required.
Reporting & Data Handling

Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for HR and admin activities.

Ensure confidentiality and protection of all sensitive records.
Reporting & Collaboration

Regularly update the HR Lead (Neeraj) on progress and flag issues promptly

Coordinate with external service providers (vendors, recruiters, etc.) for HR and office needs
-
Uphold all data protection and compliance requirements.
Skills & Attributes

Organized and detail-oriented in both HR data entry and office management.

Proficiency with LinkedIn or other social media platforms for content management.

Strong time management with ability to prioritize diverse tasks.
