Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our in-house Product and Technology team, responsible for building and scaling Positive Moves’ proprietary AI-powered platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic product development — enabling automation, intelligence, and efficiency across the firm’s global executive search operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient across the software stack, with a strong foundation in Python, modern front-end frameworks, and an interest in AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Positive Moves’ in-house AI platform.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to define, test, and deliver new product features.
• Build and optimize backend systems and APIs using Python and modern frameworks.
• Develop responsive and scalable front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Integrate AI and data-driven capabilities — including exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face).
• Ensure high-performance architecture, code quality, and maintainability through testing and documentation.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack software development, with strong Python programming skills.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment, API integration, and modern DevOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup-style environments is a plus.
