Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Search Consultant, based in Mumbai. The Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for leading executive search engagements, developing search strategies, and communicating with clients to understand their requirements. Daily tasks include sourcing and identifying potential candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, and providing consulting services to clients. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service standards and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
