Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and build the

  Executive Search practice

  end-to-end - from client acquisition to delivery.
• Manage and grow relationships with CXO & Board-level stakeholders.
• Independently

  run board and leadership mandates

  , ensuring high-quality execution.
• Take full

  P&L ownership

  for the practice and scale it as a business unit.
• Work closely with the leadership team to drive growth and profitability.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring.
• Long-term tenure with a reputed executive search or recruitment firm.
• Proven track record of handling

  board-level and CXO mandates

  independently.
• Strong exposure to

  Finance leadership hiring

  ; background in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent network and relationships with senior talent and clients.
