Executive Search Consultant

As an Executive Search Consultant, your role will involve identifying, engaging, and evaluating potential candidates for executive positions. You will be responsible for the full-time on-site recruitment process located at Andheri West, Mumbai. Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, developing search strategies, assessing candidates, and presenting shortlisted candidates effectively are key aspects of your primary responsibilities. Additionally, conducting market research, networking to source candidates, and maintaining updated records throughout the search process are vital tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates for executive roles - Build and maintain client relationships and understand client needs - Develop effective search strategies and conduct candidate assessments - Present shortlisted candidates to clients - Conduct market research and network to source potential candidates - Maintain updated records of the search process Qualification Required: - Experience in executive search, headhunting, and talent acquisition - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in developing and executing search strategies - Familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods - Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools - Strong research and analytical skills - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
