About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java Microservices and good exposure to Angular and AEM. The candidate will primarily work in the Triage Team, focusing on issue investigation, debugging, root cause analysis, and quick resolutions for production and application support scenarios. While Java Microservices expertise is critical, the role requires versatility across Angular and AEM components.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for triaging and resolving application issues across front-end and back-end components.

Perform detailed root cause analysis and provide quick workarounds or permanent fixes.

Collaborate with L2/L3 support, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.

Debug and troubleshoot Java Microservices in distributed environments.

Investigate and resolve issues in Angular-based UI and minor AEM CMS components (~10% workload).

Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of applications.

Document recurring issues, provide RCA reports, and suggest long-term fixes to reduce repeat incidents.

Participate in UK shift hours to support business-critical applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of overall experience in software development and support.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture (primary focus).

Hands-on experience in Angular (latest versions) for UI debugging and fixes.

Working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) for minor issue resolution and content updates.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.

Proven experience in issue triaging, incident management, and production support.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills for coordination with global stakeholders.
