Job Description

Manage, configure, and support Apple macOS and iOS devices using JAMF Pro. Develop and maintain policies, configuration profiles, and custom scripts to automate device management. Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and security of Apple endpoints. Lead JAMF deployment, patch management, and software distribution across the organization. Troubleshoot JAMF-related issues and provide Tier 2\/3 support as needed. Document configurations, policies, and procedures related to JAMF administration. Participate in new projects, upgrades, and system integrations involving Apple technologies. ","requirements":" 5+ years of hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (6+ years preferred). Mandatory Certification : JAMF 300 (Certified Tech) or JAMF 400 (Certified Admin). Note: Certifications below JAMF 300 will not be considered. Strong knowledge of Apple device lifecycle management. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or AppleScript. Familiarity with macOS deployment tools and MDM frameworks. Experience with enterprise infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, SSO, VPN). Excellent communication and documentation skills.
