Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications. This position is located onsite in Hyderabad. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance software that fuels our cutting-edge AI platform and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across the frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure, and should be able to collaborate closely with product, architecture, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate requirements into designs, technical specifications, applications and solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy innovative, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, using modern LLM’s and technologies, and related modern frameworks.

Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications.

Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces

Design and Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance Microservice/APIs
-
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
-
Work with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user experiences
-
Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot, or .NET
-
Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and integrations
-
Write efficient queries and ensure data integrity

Manage migrations and schema evolution
-
Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint ceremonies
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of experience managing software/application development projects.
-
Hands-on experience with Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.

Strong skills in project planning and risk management.
-
Ability to communicate with Senior Level stakeholders
-
Ability to execute delivery on time and with excellent quality
-
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
-
Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Power Platform, .NET), ServiceNow, and/or AWS
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Commercial software product development and management experience
-
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.

Prior experience with ServiceNow development lifecycle.
-
Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

Background in Federal or regulated IT environments.

Exposure to UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
