Full Stack Developer Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer – Team Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with both frontend and backend technologies, while also possessing leadership qualities to guide the team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA, and product managers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and manage version control workflows.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs promptly.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in technology and propose improvements.

Technical Skills:

Frontend:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Responsive and mobile-first design principles

Backend:

• Node.js / Express OR Java / Spring Boot OR Python / Django / Flask
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional)

Database:

• SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.)

Tools & DevOps:

• Git, GitHub/GitLab
• Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP

Methodologies:

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• TDD/Unit Testing (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a technical or team leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in microservices architecture or serverless development.
• Familiarity with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Exposure to SaaS platforms or product development.
