Full Stack Developer Lead

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at InxiteOut Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full stack development team to create next-generation AI-powered applications. Your focus will be on developing secure and scalable microservices for web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python (FastAPI / Flask), as well as for mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Utilizing Docker and Kubernetes, you will ensure high-performance containerized services. Your project management responsibilities will involve understanding client requirements, converting them into Agile stories, tracking tasks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. You will work closely with UI/UX team for effective application design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and actively contribute to team building by hiring and mentoring juniors. In terms of qualifications, you must have at least 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, with 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, Python (FastAPI / Flask), and REST API development on Azure or AWS stack is required. Familiarity with SQL, MongoDB, CI/CD processes, and containerization technologies is essential. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Flutter, Dart, and mobile application deployment.
