Full Stack Developer Lead

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI-enabled products, cloud-native apps, and cloud solutions. Your role will involve technical delivery and execution of applications on Cloud Platforms, Cloud Native Apps, and Cloud AI Services. You will be driving solution tech design and implementation across all layers of the application stack, including front-end, back-end, APIs, data, and AI services. In this role, you will design and build enterprise products and full-stack applications on the MERN stack, ensuring clear separation of concerns across layers. You will also work on designing and building web apps and solutions that leverage LLM models and Generative AI workflows. Your responsibilities will include leveraging Multi modal AI capabilities that support various content types and modalities such as text, imagery, audio, speech, and video. To stay at the forefront of innovation, you will constantly research and explore emerging trends and techniques in the field of generative AI and LLMs. Collaboration with full-stack developers, engineers, quality engineers, and technology leaders is essential to develop and integrate solutions into existing enterprise products. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate client requirements and translate them into working solutions within tight timelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the MERN stack, including client-side and server-side JavaScript. Proficiency in Python-based development, especially for LLM integration, is also required. Hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, data processing, data integration, API integration, as well as LLM App Dev and LLM-enabled solutions is crucial for this role.
