We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to oversee end-to-end development and technical delivery for our Australian-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the MERN stack, PHP, WordPress, Magento, and foundational DevOps/Azure practices. In this leadership role, you will guide the development team, ensure scalable architecture decisions, and drive smooth deployment and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications using the MERN Stack, PHP, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento).
Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and deployment processes.
Oversee and contribute to cloud deployment activities on Azure, as well as manage Linux/CPanel server environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical direction to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Maintain and optimize databases (MySQL) and design/consume REST APIs.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and interface with clients to provide clear, solution-oriented communication.
Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding and DevOps practices.
