Full Stack Developer Lead

As a skilled Full Stack Developer Lead with expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, and NodeJS, your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications to ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms. Your prior experience in SaaS-based companies will be highly beneficial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React (mandatory: 3+ years" experience) and Node.js (mandatory: 3+ year experience). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints to plan, manage, and deliver work efficiently. - Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of the Agile project management process. - Utilize JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and scalable web applications. - Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration of NodeJS-based APIs. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize performance, and enhance user interactions. - Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and usability. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development. **Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:** - Strong knowledge of ReactJS and its ecosystem. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS. - Hands-on experience with NodeJS for API integration. - Experience in implementing OWASP Security Practices. - Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or NgRx. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.), and web security best practices. - Experience with any unit testing framework is required. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git / GitHub / GitLab. - Understanding CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Skills (Nice To Have):** - Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS. - Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine. - Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Understanding of Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
