Our Chennai team is expanding — and we’re looking for a Senior SEO Growth & Performance Strategist who can lead end-to-end SEO initiatives, mentor a talented team, and elevate brand visibility across global markets.

Role Overview

As an SEO Performance Strategist, you’ll be the driving force behind our organic growth initiatives. You’ll design, implement, and optimize SEO strategies that enhance online visibility, generate quality leads, and deliver measurable ROI.

This role blends technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and leadership — perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven, results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility and business growth.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and technical SEO audits.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor, track, and report SEO performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization across global markets.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO specialists to strengthen their analytical and technical expertise.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and continuously refine SEO tactics for optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of proven experience in SEO (preferably within a digital marketing agency).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and analytics.
• Proficiency with major SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Experience managing international SEO or multi-regional websites is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and deliver results within deadlines.
