Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in driving organic traffic, optimizing search engine rankings, managing paid campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SEO/SEM best practices, data analytics, content strategy, and marketing automation tools. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website architecture, content, and linking for maximum indexing and ranking. Perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations. Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).Plan and execute social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Performance tracking & Reports: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Analyze customer insights, digital trends, and performance metrics to optimize strategies .Generate monthly performance reports and suggest improvements. Website & Content Management: Work with developers and content teams to improve website performance and user experience (UI/UX). Optimize web content for SEO and user engagement. Oversee the creation and publishing of SEO-friendly content. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs. Strong understanding of ranking factors, algorithms, and SEO best practices. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms. Knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS basics is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Educational & Professional Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Certification in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.Proven portfolio or case studies of SEO and digital marketing success.
