Assistant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our client management, marketing coordination, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling both client-facing and internal responsibilities efficiently. Experience : 5 to 8 years Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business. Collaborate effectively with the Digital Marketing team to retain current clients and support the acquisition of prospective clients. Monitor the email inquiry inbox and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare accurate and timely quotations for potential clients, and handle follow-up communications. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for various documentation and reporting tasks. Provide timely updates about events and activities through the designated WhatsApp group. Upload images of completed projects to the appropriate shared drive for record-keeping and marketing use. Generate client invoices, send payment reminders, and maintain records of payments received. Update inventory records of company-owned equipment and materials, ensure stock availability for operations, and initiate procurement when necessary. Perform cost and margin calculations based on client billing to support financial decision-making and profitability analysis. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in client servicing and administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.
