To be successful in this role you must have a track record as Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist (Hospitality Sector) for UK clients.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for hotel brands.
• Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO strategies.
• Proactively manage Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Ensure continuous optimisation of hotel websites to improve search rankings.
• Create and optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages (2–6 per month depending on
workload).
• Apply “smart messaging” strategies to drive urgency and conversions.
• Collaborate with UK marketing team for brand tone and approvals.
• Implement rate comparison tools and price match strategies to encourage direct bookings.
• Improve booking engine messaging and user experience.
• Regularly test and recommend changes through A/B experiments.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms.
• Highlight positive reviews and filter/responding to negative feedback constructively.
• Provide monthly insights on guest sentiment and service improvements.
• Create and manage remarketing ad campaigns (Google Display, Meta, etc.) to re-engage website visitors.
• Track ROI and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Deliver monthly performance reports covering SEO, traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
• Provide recommendations based on insights, competitor benchmarking, and emerging trends.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO and digital marketing (hospitality or travel industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Proven track record of increasing organic visibility and direct bookings.
• Experience with WordPress/Hotel CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Able to work independently but collaboratively with UK team.
• Creative problem-solver who keeps up with digital marketing trends.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple hotels/campaigns.
• Growth in organic search traffic.
• Increase in direct bookings vs. OTA bookings.
• Improved search rankings for key terms.

Bachelor's degree.
In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Ahmedabad office from Monday to Friday 12.00 PM – 9.00 PM IST.
