Full Stack Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Full Stack Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience. You'll will be responsible for developing, and maintaining our Agentic AI platform that comprise both front-end and back-end systems.

Qualifications :

• Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development skills
• 2–6 years building web apps/APIs with TypeScript/Node.js and Python (it's a must)
• Solid SQL + data modeling on Postgres/Supabase; understanding of transactions, indexes, and performance.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and background jobs/queues.
• Front-end chops in React/Next.js (or similar).
• Experience with Postgres/Supabase, REST/GraphQL, and OAuth flows.
• Comfort with LLM tooling (OpenAI API), embeddings/vector DB, and RAG patterns.
• Bonus: n8n/Make.com, Airtable/HubSpot, PDF processing, scraping, WebSockets.
• Software Development expertise with a focus on scalable and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in on-site teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a must.

What you'll be responsible for :

• Ship end-to-end features for our agentic AI products (lead enrichment, tender intelligence, inbox agents, internal ops bots).
• Build clean APIs & web apps (auth, role-based access, real-time dashboards).
• Integrate CRMs, calendars, email, and third-party APIs; design reliable automations.
• Work with vector search/RAG, PDF parsing, scraping pipelines, and structured exports.
• Own quality: tests, monitoring, and performance on production workloads.
