Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front Office Team Leader to join our team at Shangri-La, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Supervise and coordinate front office staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office services and improve guest experiences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of front office operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Office Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
