Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
