Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shillong for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, manage receptionist duties, ensure exceptional customer service, and handle reservations. This role requires strong communication and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
• Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties including check-in/check-out processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Experience in handling Reservations and managing booking systems
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work on-site in Shillong
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
