Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor / Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hotel management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and operational metrics.
Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, including IDS (Integrated Data System).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
