Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office professional to join our team as a Junior Service Leader in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle diverse client needs and concerns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
