Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team as a Junior Service Leader. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Supervise and coordinate staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer service quality.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling quick and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members.
