This dynamic position requires a proactive individual who excels in customer service, community engagement, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a personable, organized, and resourceful professional with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative community environment. Key Responsibilities: Member Experience: Ensure a superior member experience at the Front Office when members or visitors check into our space. Brand Representation: Represent our brand and service ethos while acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service. Digital Reports Management: Maintain front office digital reports for audit and compliance purposes. Meeting Room Management: Assist in meeting room management, operations, and other community tasks as assigned. Member Services: Manage the member service desk, member helpline, emails, and WhatsApp to provide an excellent customer experience. Member Onboarding: Onboard new members on Nexudus ( our space management tool ). Policy Guidance: Guide members on all relevant policies and house rules of The Circle. Visitor Management: Oversee visitor management and daily reporting. Member Assistance: Assist members in a friendly and professional manner. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning in the front office area. Qualifications: Fresher / Lateral with 1 -2 years of experience in a front office or community management role, preferably in a co-working space or hospitality industry. Proficiency in using space management tools like Nexudus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to represent The Circle's brand and values with integrity and professionalism. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating a positive member experience.
