Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Opera and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction history.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Opera software is mandatory.
  • ( Opera knowledge must).
