1. Handle incoming calls & transfer to the concerned staff. (Board line as well as Head Service line)
2. Maintaining the Reception area.
3. Keeping the reception neat & clean.
4. Reception flowers & office plants upkeep & maintenance
5. Attending to the visitors that come in at the reception.
6. Updating telephone list.
7. Managing meeting room booking & co-orating with IT for projector set up
8. Monitor function of Meeting rooms (cleaning / service / upkeep).
9. Co-ordinate with site team for celebrations / initiatives / festival dcors etc.
