Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction details.
Handle complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding high standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to handle challenging situations and make informed decisions.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an asset.
A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
