About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Desk cum Admin Executive to be the face of our organization. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities along with administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk Management:

o Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.

o Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.

o Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

o Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and packages.

o Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.


Administrative Support:

o Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

o Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.

o Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and office activities.

o Provide support to HR/Admin in documentation, filing, and coordination tasks.

o Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management for day-to-day needs.

o Maintain records of office assets and admin expense tracking.


Key Requirements:

o Graduate in any discipline.

o 2–5 years of experience in front office/admin roles.

o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
