Job Title: Recruiter End-to-End Recruitment Location: Bangalore ( Jayanagar ) Job Type: Full-Time & Internship. Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To: Recruitment Manager / HR Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle . This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms e.g., job boards, social media, careers site. Source potential candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels Manage communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes Facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process in coordination with HR and relevant departments Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Generate recruitment metrics and reports for review and improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc. Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional development Dynamic and inclusive work culture Contact Hiring Manager Aditya - 9686682465
