Job Description

Manage and coordinate freight forwarding operations, including ocean and air cargo.
Develop and implement effective freight management strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of freight shipments.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in freight forwarding, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight markets, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in freight management software and systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
