Job Description

Manage and coordinate freight forwarding operations, including ocean and air cargo.
Develop and implement effective freight management strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable rates and terms.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in freight forwarding, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of ocean and air cargo operations, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
