  • Partner with clients to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social channels (LinkedIn), and professional networks to identify and engage top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, collect feedback, and maintain transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate data, status updates, and client reporting within Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and specialized hiring needs, ensuring rapid turnaround on urgent roles.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) in the Indian market.
  • Proven success sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Reliable home-office setup with high-speed internet connectivity.

Preferred

  • Prior experience as a freelance or contract recruiter.
  • Familiarity with key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Exposure to recruiting for IT, Finance, Sales, or Marketing roles.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, NAPS).
