Role Overview:

Franchise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and target potential franchise partners through online/offline channels.

● Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads from inquiry to final agreement.

● Conduct franchise presentations, discovery calls, and in-person meetings with prospects.

● Explain the business model, investment requirements, ROI, and operational responsibilities to potential partners.

● Evaluate franchise applicants based on their financial capabilities, market understanding, and brand alignment.

● Negotiate terms, assist in documentation, and coordinate with legal teams to finalize agreements.

● Collaborate with marketing for franchise lead generation campaigns.

● Track and report sales pipeline, conversion rates, and territory development plans.

● Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and consumer behavior in franchise sales.

● Coordinate with operations for handover post-sign-up and ensure a smooth store launch.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

● 3–6 years of experience in franchise development/sales or portfolio management services.

● Proven track record of closing franchise deals and expanding territory presence.
