Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, developing and executing business plans, expanding the franchise network, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves managing the franchising process from initial contact through to agreement execution.

Qualifications

  • Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
  • Business Planning and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchise deals simultaneously
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
