Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and ambitious Franchise Manager who will play a key role in converting leads into successful franchisees. The company will provide you with verified leads, structured training, detailed product literature, and customer support. You only need to bring commitment, confidence, and conversion ability. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound franchisee leads provided by the company. Understand and explain our business model, benefits, ROI, and support structure to potential partners. Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to build trust and guide prospects through the onboarding process. Ensure regular follow-ups and nurturing of leads with support from the marketing team. Assist in completing documentation, application, and initial setup for new franchisees. Act as a bridge between the company and franchisees, ensuring transparency and trust.
