Job Description

To manage and grow the franchise sales network by identifying potential franchise partners, onboarding them, and ensuring profitable operations through strong sales support, performance monitoring, and business development strategies aligned with organization strategies.


Franchise Development

Franchise sales growth and revenue achievement

Number of new franchise outlets activated

Retail penetration and outlet coverage

Compliance to sales and operational SOPs

Sales Growth & Revenue Management

Drive primary and secondary sales through the franchise channel

Address operational challenges faced by franchisees

Conduct audits, compliance checks to maintain brand quality & service standards.

Coordination & Cross-functional Support


Key Skills & Competencies:

FMCG distribution models and retail dynamics

Managing franchisees, distributors, or channel partners

Problem-solving mindset with high ownership

Data-driven with strong reporting and analytical abilities


Qualifications & Experience:

Post Graduate in Sales, or Marketing from reputed institute

10–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 yrs in a franchise/channel Mgt

Experience in handling multiple territories or zones
