Miss Highness is expanding rapidly and we’re looking for a result-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise sales and expansion journey.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to final closurePresent franchise model, ROI, investment structure, and business potential to prospectsAchieve monthly franchise sales and store launch targetsEnsure timely collection of EOI, franchise fees, and agreement executionCoordinate with franchisees for site approval, store layout, interiors & brandingEnsure outlets open within committed timelines and brand standardsMonitor SOPs, pricing policies, and brand guidelinesConduct regular store audits for operational and visual complianceSupport franchisees with training, launch support, and operationsTrack store performance, sales numbers, and growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate MIS reports for leads, closures, payments, and store statusAssist management in territory planning and expansion strategyTravel for site visits, store launches, and franchise meetings as required👤

Candidate Profile

3–6 years experience in franchise sales, retail expansion, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skillsTarget-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working under pressureWillingness to travel extensively💼

Work Details

Working Days: Monday to SaturdayOffice Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMLeaves: Sunday off + 1 paid leave per month + company-declared holidays💰

Salary
