Job Description

As a Franchise Sales Manager at our fast-growing car wash company, your role is crucial in expanding our franchise network across India. With a focus on premium services, we are keen on finding a dynamic individual like you to drive our business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Actively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and networking. - Connect with potential franchise partners and present our car wash franchise model. - Conduct presentations, address queries on investment, support, ROI, and operations. - Travel within Gujarat for meetings, demos, and closing deals. - Follow up with leads consistently to ensure timely conversion. - Achieve monthly franchise sales targets (minimum 1 franchise per month). - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage. - 23 years of sales experience, preferably in franchise sales or business development. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation. - Ready to travel across Gujarat as required by the business. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Knowledge of the car wash, automotive, or service industry is beneficial. In addition to a competitive fixed salary ranging from 25,000 to 28,000 based on experience, you can earn attractive incentives for every franchise sold.
