Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad for a Franchise Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, generating leads, negotiating agreements, and supporting new franchisees throughout the onboarding process. The Franchise Sales Manager will collaborate with the management team to strategize business plans and ensure franchise growth aligns with the organization's goals. Strong relationship management with potential and existing franchisees is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes
• Strong Business Planning skills to develop and implement strategic growth plans
• Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify and pursue prospective franchisees
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects effectively
• Knowledge of the preschool or education sector is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional
